Well, I finally got hit with my 79 AF on the BestBuy MC. So, I called up customer service, got transferred to an account manager and told her that if she didn't do something about the AF and give me a CLI, I was closing my account today. She said she could waive the entire AF and give me a 100 CLI at this time.... I am happy that I at least got that, but I told her that it wasn't right that I should have to call in and threaten to close my account to get that and I've been a cardholder for over a year with a clean payment history and never got an auto-cli. She apologized and said it was all she could do.... So, I gave in because no AF is still a win for me... I am now at a 550 CL (which is my lowest of any non-store cards)....

Pentagon FCU
$20000 to $50000

That is not all that unusual. Their high credit lines have made them a target for credit card fraud.

Congrats on your increase. Do you have the Gold or the Platinum Rewards?

I guess I will bow down to Credit One, they gave me a $100 cli 2 statements and I did not even know it. The cold part about it, I have been paying through mail, detaching statements to mail in, and did not see the increase...lolz

Girl stop, I didn't know banks still did those (credit line increases) lol. Congratulations, you may need to keep doing what you've been doing (not looking). Banks do not seem to like it when you aren't paying them enough attention, therefore they will do just about anything to regain your attention.
