I live in the MD/DC area - and there are two sleep number stores in the area that happen to be at my favorite malls.

I'm going to see what I can move around in my budget - if I were thinking I'd probably be able to take advantage of the president's day sales next week, but that can't happen. I've also seen them on QVC periodically and they offer flex pay, so that may be another option to consider.

Thanks for the information - the difficulty sleeping thing is a very serious issue these days! I'm looking for ANY ways to alleviate this issue.

Thanks for the compliments Colo. I'm guessing it has to do with my age and since teenagers love to shop, I guess they are trying to encourage me to shop at Macy's using my Macy's card but I don't think I'll ever utilize 50 percent of my limit.

Ooooh my goodness! It's like heaven (or close to it:laugh:). I have zero back pains and get a full nights rest. There was only one problem in the beginning, I over-slept too many nights, and I had to get a new alarm clock that rung louder. I could not believe the difference it made. Sleeping on air is like walking on water. I also upgraded my pillow top to make it more comfortable for me. I don't know about where you stay, but in Serramonte Shopping Mall in Daily City, CA Sleep number had 50% off of their beds. I was upset but what can I say.....nothing!

Hit the luv button on my Guitar Center card and received an $800 CLI which brings my current Cl to $2k. Nice to see increases being handed out in this credit environment.

I have this card since aug 07 started at 100 since then i have requested a credit increase every 3 months i have never waited for an automatic increase i get too anxious,

I just went online and they changed my card to platnium status omg have I been shopping that much

I hear ya. I opened mine 9/07 with a $2,000 limit. I managed to get upgraded to Gold in 2007 and did it again for 2008. I have never been given an auto CLI with them. I finally requested one in 12/08 and got $700 more for a total of $2,700. Pales in comparassion to HJM's limit.

I opened my Macy's card in November of 2007 don't heavily use my card. I use my card when I usually buy cologne every 6 months. I started off with $300 and they gave me a $300 CLI in September to bring my CL to $2,300. I called in December and asked for a CLI and the rep came back and offered a generous $2,500 CLI. I've spent approx. $500 on this card put have always made my payments on-time and I believe that's what helps me.

HJM, how long did you have your macy's card before they started granting those CLI? My daughter opened one in October/November - started at $200 been paying in full every month (I'm an authorized user on the card - so it's actually me doing the purchasing and paying). The CL is currently at 600. Just wondering.

I love macys i just got an increase from 2800 to 3500

I wonder how high do they go on limits for the store card not the visa
