I was recently approved for a Chase Bank CC. Initial application was declined, but after calling the “back-door” number I was able to explain my situation and get the application approved. Initial CL is low, $500 but I will take that. I’m down to about 8 months before my credit is clear of my Ch. 13 Bankruptcy and my credit is getting better and better. Outside of my BK still reporting I have zero negatives. One huge help for me over the last couple of years has been working with local credit union to really re-build and improve my credit overall. Not just the score but the debt management, etc.; learning how to better live within my means. Six months ago I purchased an SUV and qualified for a 3% interest rate. I am headed towards a better financial future.

Walmart Store Credit Card, $700 CL increased to $1400. I called in to request this increase, not sure if it was hard or soft pull; will find out soon. This account has been open for eight months. I've used this card twice since opening the account.
