Congrats on the CLI's! I bet those CLI's made your day. Any CLI is better than none!

I think GE Money is relaxing a little. I hit the love button for Dillards and got a $100 CLI. It's not much but I'll take it! It made it $600 CL. Then I checked My Universal American Express Card from them. Last week and my CL went up $500 to total $3500 CL. I'm definately liking that! I didn't even press the love button.
I went online this month to check my AT&T Universal Mastercard and the love button had reappeared. You know I had to press it! So Wham! Bam Thank You Citibank! I got my highest CLI yet $1500 Bringing the CL to $4800. I've had the card just over a year. It started out at $1300 CL got a $1000 CLI in March 09 and another $1000 in June or July 09. It's kind of funny with Citibank though. They usually only do CLI's every six months. I feel like this has been a good month for my credit.



I hope everyone elses fortunes are stabilizing and improving as we're working through these difficult financial times. We just gotta keep trudging along through all the financial muck.

Hey everybody first I should let you know that reopened my Chevron account ( need a brake job bad ) well you know my major gripe with them was no CLI well called today and got one finaly $200 now at $500. Since I was feeling lucky hit the luv button for Dillards and got $300 now at $1200 yeah

Way to go! Yeah, that is GEMB for ya! As for Cap 1, well all I can say is, we sure got ours in the past....lol!

I do think that it is very sad that issuers are halting the combining buisness. For me it would be a good thing. I would have combined my Chase Freedom with my Amazon.com Visa. Wouldn't it be easier for the credit card issuers to just do the conversion? Customers would like it because they could have less cards to keep track of and have 1 card with a larger limit.

You may also want to know I called Cap 1 they said they are no longer taking customer requested CLI request and that they will not combine accounts now either. Got the same thing from Direct Rewards Discover will not combine accounts now both said it was because of new legislation...

Hey guys just went on my Peebles account (its a store card) and my credit limit was 1660.00 and now its 1860.00 so wow i got a 200.00 dollar credit limit increase and trust me i almost passed out when i seen it:relieved: And i didn't even ask for it, it was automatic.
P.s Don't use the card that much usually only for Christmas but hey i'm gonna use it now.

Luck with GEMB is like dealing with Barclay's. GEMB closed my Men's Warehouse account with no notice. Barclay's reduced my Juniper MC from a CL of $1,200 to $500 with the reason I wasn't using the max credit line and I closed them so it was "account closed" consumer's request. What a waste of time and lame...!!! :
