I have to lower my utilization and wait until my new accounts age. It's a matter of time and patience. :cheesing:

My FICO's decreased to the mid 600's. My PFICO score for July was 632.

Hi, I just started building credit and I have 8 credit cards.

Capital One Platinum-$750 CL (5 months, My oldest credit card)
Bank of America Student Platinum Plus Visa-$700 CL (4 Months Old)
Capital One Standard Platinum-$500 CL (3 Months Old)
Orchard Bank-$300 (1 Month Old)
First Premier Bank Gold-$250(1 Month Old)
Best Buy Mastercard-$750 (1 Month Old)
Best Buy Store Card-$1300 (1 Month Old)
Newegg Preferred Card-$2000 (1 Month Old)

So I use to different websites to pull my credit reports from and one of them being freecreditreport.com and the other being Bank of America Privacy Assist Premier.

I was looking at my freecreditreport.com credit report and showed that my Bank of America card has reported that I paid my bill on time for the month of November when my billing cycle hadn't ended yet.

I looked at the Bank of America Privacy Assist Premier report and they showed that the last time they report was in October which seems to make sense.

Another thing, Freecreditreport.com gives me scores for all 3 bureaus which are 718 Exp., 721 EQ, 721 TU. But when I check my Bank of America credit report. it doesn't have scores for me because they say my credit is too young to be scored.

So in other words, I don't know which report is accurate. Can somebody please help me out?

Yo bro, is your scores still up here? Or are they on a Yo-Yo string?

Meya and HJM331 I agree with the both of you. Letters need to be sent to him stating that the debt was paid due to a natural disaster and checking the SOL of his state as well. That way if anything should arise in the future he will be able to cut it off at the path.

Since our economy is sooo messed up, I wonder if that is a temporary response on the cr or is it permanent! I would not doubt if it would reappear as a baddie a few years from now. We learn something new everyday.....Not trying to scare you Mousepad, it is just that this is my first time hearing of this. I still have faith that it is permanent.

I think he should check his residential State SOL. Every states does not allow duplicates from creditors.

The Thing Is I Never Paid Them

Yes, I understand that. That is why you need to ask for the letters to have proof if they come out of the blue in the future and ask you to pay for the CO's.

If you paid them, then you would have the checks as proof but since you didn't pay them, you need those confirmation letters stating that they have paid for your CO's.

i'd Call The Lenders Who Reported The Co's As Paid Due To Hurricane Katrina And Ask For A Confirmation Letter From As Proof That The Co's Are Paid Off. You Will Need This Letter In Case They Come Back Later And Ask You To Pay For The Co's That They Reported As Paid Off. I Don't Trust Any Lender, They Are All Into Playing Games To Make As Much Money As They Can.
