I would agree these are great benefits to a mortgage. 3 things to consider/ask yourself. These are not drawbacks, but are important to consider if a mortgage is right for you
1. What is your interest rate, and can you afford the mortgage payment?
2. Are you willing to commit to a long-term mortgage (i.e usually 30 years)
3. Do I know all the fees associated with a mortgage, including insurance, taxes, etc.?
