I have a working relationship with many of these banks. I suggest putting together a Request for Proposal (RFP), and have the banks bid for your program. I suggest adding GE Capital, First National Bank of Omaha, TD Retail, and Bill Me Later to your list. You can find contacts for some of these banks through Visa's website.

Also, if you want to branch out and do a co-brand credit card, I suggest getting the networks involved (Visa, MC, Disc, and AMEX).

Cit may be a good one to go with. It seems that some of the smaller companies I get direct market catalogs from use them as their backer.

HSBC will give out more cards but with low limits so its best to deal with HSBC R.S. (retail services).

I am not Making 5mill lol but i will take a look at hsbc but i was talking with a rep at Wells Fargo they told me that they well help me with a Private Label Credit Card Program for small business so see what I can do and I well give Hsbc A call
