Hmm... all this hub bub... I remember when you went over any of your credit or banking limits and your request was automatically denied. Moral of the story don't go over!
I know, I never understood that. If the limit has been met then no overages should be allowed. I was at Checker Auto Parts a few years ago and this guy was attempting to purchase something with a check. They ran the check and they declined it. Then he pulled out his debit card (same bank, of course I looked ) and the darn thing went through!

Interesting! Won't banning over-limit fees give some irresponsible credit card owners the chance to use way beyond their credit limit?
