well i dont have a good experience with HSBC so, i would not suggest that to you.In my opinion you should go for capital one or master card.

Well my suggestion would be Capital One, HSBC (Orchard bank), and Hooters Mastercard.

My cap one platinum mc does have a $19 annual fee

Orchard Bank is $59

Hooters can vary but is an awesome card.
