Dispute it, it will go away. They will remove an inquiry pretty smooth because they feel like it is not much of a problem. I had the same thing happen to me with Chase, I didn't expet to see First USA on my report when they pulled, so I called in and had it removed. Ok on my Transunion credit report I noticed a inquiry that I wasn't sure of. I looked up the name and it comes back a collection agency in NJ. I have no clue who this is but it's a hard inquiry that I would like gone. Any ideas how to find out if they have a legit reason for this?
