FAKE is RIGHT!!!!

Credit Expert is a joke! It says my FICO is 566 and MyFico for Experian is 655!!!!! That is almost 100 points!!!!! My real FICO is 655!!!!

The only credit bureau that was completely accurate was equifax.com and myfico.com!!! EQUIFAX GIVES YOU YOUR TRUE EQUIFAX FICO!!!!!

Ahye...More reading Whoo :worried: I'm still trying to make it through
my English Lit Class without falling asleep. Math is way more
interesting to me... Ok back to the subject...
Regarding the My-Fico... When they pulled my scores in August for
the mortgage their score was about 2-3 points difference than
my fico. But pretty close though...It also depends on which gateway
they used. Once access the 3 in 1 through Transunion and the Other
access through Equifax. We compared numbers together and they
were impressed how close they actually were.

I went astray on an app spree after closing so its my fault
I'm trying to pay back down my other CC's and get back to my
plan of subprime elimination.

I like the Wamu alert too. My mom has an account with them
(which I manage of course) and they email alerts if their are
significant changes in the fico too. Its only once a month though.

You can pay MyFico for each score total about OUCH $90

WAMU gives TU FICO for free each month.

The score you get on freecreditreport.com is your experian WORTHLESS fako score.

Ash, when you apply for a mortgage they THROW OUT your lowest and your higest score. For a mortgage your MIDDLE score is what they use.

When I took out my mortgage, same thing, I had Wells Fargo email me 3 actual FICO scores. That is how I knew the scores that we have access to on the CB web sites where fakes.

OK, here is where it gets WORSE, You have differient fico scores you know.

You have a FICO score as a mortgage score, which IS NOT the same as your auto loan fico score. Your credit card fico score is differient as well

FICO has differient scores for you as well based on the type of credit you apply for.

(ie) You go to a car dealer, your auto loan Fico from Experian may be 650, your mortgage fico may be 705, and your credit card fico can be 610. YES and all based on just one bureau report.

They base your differient FICO scores on how you MAY DEFAULT in the future on each seperate type of credit LOL. You actually have 7 differient fico scores at Fair Isac from each of the 3 bureaus (21 total fico scores). When you apply for new credit, the lender puts in the type of credit you are seeking, and is provided with a specific fico score. I have read all 640 pages of the Fico credit policy, so any questions you have, I will do my best to answer

I pay 8.00 per month and if you want addt'l pulls to the other 2 agencies I look for coupon codes on the net. Sometimes its 15%-20% off the regular price.

I was one of the ones who subscibed to my credit keeper for over 2 years. Thats the problem! I had no idea they were fake until I applied for a mortgage. I had a rude awakening... :dumbfounded:

From research I went to myfico and pulled all three of my scores and compared it to credit keeper I was shocked! Thats when I figured FAKO vs FICO...
I kept very detailed of my credit pulls and I could never understand why my score never changed no matter how many cards I paid down and vice versa...

I kept pretty good records and keep the reports check it out. Equifax is my lowest score and Thank god for myfico because I was on needles and pins when I went to close my mortgage is August. I glad they used my middle score from TU, & Experian though...

Meya, I was talking about freecreditreport.com. I didn't say they gave FICO score but they do have their own scoring system which isn't even close. My experian+
credit score on FCR is 718. My FICO for experian is 660. See the difference?

Replied by porgy1000 on topic The score you get on

The score you get on the Experian site is NOT your fico score. Since 90% of the banks use Fico, if your actual score at MyFico is 598, then thats what it is.

The scores that you find on the 3 bureaus are NOT fico scores and that was my reason for posting this topic in the forum.

We are all in the same boat. Unless we pay MyFico you just get a FAKEO LOL at the bureaus.

Just to let you know; MyFico uses the info from your EQUIFAX credit report to give you your basic Fico. You would need to purchase ALL THREE scores from MyFico for about $44 to find out all 3 of your true Fico scores.

There may be something bad in your Equifax that doesnt show up on your Experian too though :scared:
