How do you take this ? Is Consumer Confidence so stable that people are using their cards other than what is needed ? Are Consumers using their cards again to make ends meet ?

If you are paying your balance off every month, then this is nothing but another article, but are you of the ilk who have weathered maybe 2 layoffs and your employer has done well for the last 3 fiscal quarters and you feel the need to celebrate by purchasing that "high ticket" item ?
