If you live in Michigan, Illinois, Or Wisconsin First Community FCU will give you credit if you have bad credit. But you have to pay bad debt off, in full. I had a recent chargedoff loan with another credit union. I owed 1452. all my other loans were paid in full off. I had a tu fico classic of 632. First community gave me a $500.00 Visa limit once it was paid. It has no annual fee, no Balance Transfer fee or Cash Advance Fee. No cash Apr Or penalty Apr. If you are willing to pay off debt and are eligible to join, first community may be an option. the apr ranges from 8.99-16.99. mine is 15.99. They said after 6-9 mos they will review for limit increase and reduction of interest rate. you must live in Michigan, wisconsin or illinois to join though. hope this helps someone.
