I agree, that's main reason I bought a printer. Those are on a shelf for future use if I need them. When you save them, how far back do you go? Do you save for a few years?

I use a spreadsheet and a filing cabinet. While I might do some of my banking online now, I keep paper copies of everything. I've had my computer go down too often, always at the worst time, and rebuilding everything from scratch takes ages.

I am a big believer in organization. What kind of organization system do you use to keep track of your in-comings and outgoings? I use a spreadsheet for dates, times, what I make, what I spend, etc.....and color code when I have to. It's a pretty complex graph at this point. An organized mess to the untrained eye.
