Ok all of you that have a Chevron card with a nice limit, what am I doing wrong? I've had this card since 2006, my intial limit was $400 and remained that way with no automatic increases. Summer '08, I hit the luv button and they gave me $200. I haven't been using it, but its time for me to pull it out and I figure I can kill two birds with one stone if I can get an increase that would help with my utilization overall. How did you guys manage to get 1K and over credit lines? My theory: I'm guessing most of you had your card before GEMB took it over, if so, has anyone received increases of any kind since they took over? Thanks in advance for any input:innocent:.
