No annual fee, no over the limit fees, no late fees, no cash advance fees. It's just no fees. I liked that better than the Blue Cash card that I could have converted to.

They let me convert my Blue card to the Clear card. My clear card will arrive in two billing cycles.

I don't know if AMEX will win best CS for next year.

I am going to try to see if I can convert my Amex Blue into a Blue Cash or Clear card.

I'm happy with BOA and that is why I continue to use their card.

My credit limit was slashed from $2000 to $1500. They also didnt credit me my payment but due to the decrease. What a shame AmEx is.

There's nothing to be happy about when your limit gets slashed by 80-90%.
