No annual fee, no over the limit fees, no late fees, no cash advance fees. It's just no fees. I liked that better than the Blue Cash card that I could have converted to.

They let me convert my Blue card to the Clear card. My clear card will arrive in two billing cycles.

Yup. no one is spared with their Credit Limit Decreases. you would think that there would be some security net for the employees of AmEx that have an account with them but they are treated just liek any other person. The person I spoke to loved their job but hated teh practices they did.
Wow even AMEX employees are not exempt

My credit limit was slashed from $2000 to $1500. They also didnt credit me my payment but due to the decrease. What a shame AmEx is.
