DH said no thank you I just pif(he know's he is not to apply for credit with out my consent:innocent:) so the point is it sounds as if they are pushing their Visa product if this help.

If they are not going to do hard pulls on you, I say give it a try. I know that this will put some type of hope to those who still carry the card (while still depressed)

Hey Colo, now that's the part that kills me. How can one expect an upgrade for a target visa, and they can't even get an cli from the red card? That keeps a person thinking that they are worthless to target. Well, at least that is how I felt

Well, unlike the Best Buy MasterCard, the Target Visa usually has higher CL's then the retail. If you can get the RedCard upgraded to a Visa typically you can get a higher CL, usually at least $1K. Maybe it is something with their underwriting, they feel they need to give higher Visa limits so that peeps can go shopping and Target will ge the exchange fee.
