That is so true, I just told my professor the same thing. I am taking Business Law and he is a lawyer, so he asked me what do I think of lawyers, I said, "nothing but a bunch of liars." There are 3 people in this earth that yo do not lie to:

1. Lawyer---He can take your freedom away.
2. Doctor----He can damage your life or mistakenly kill you.
3. Hairstylist----WE can damage your outer appearance for life.

I have no idea. You would have to ask a lawyer. And an HONEST lawyer does NOT exist

sure Meya, but it can take awhile for them to use 650,000 customers info, you may not get hit for 6 months to a year. Who knows how many they can hit in a day, it could take a very long time.

Crooks stole 650,000 customers info from GE money on 01/21/2008. They have all your info to open new credit, amazing but true.

Gemb froze all of my accounts and i could not even see it online until I called them and identified myself. I had to do this one card at a time. They are going to ask you a bunch of questions so get ready.

GE Money bank was hit for a computer that held 650,000 of their customers credit info, including Job, DOB, SS #'s, addresses etc.

If you have an account with GE Money, Walmart card, Lowes, JC penny , any account with GE money you are in trouble.

Be sure you have 3 in 1 credit watch set up, or you can be hit big time.
