harvey's review: Callout Comment I used the % percent check and did not receive a statement which they said they had sent me, asking for a minimum maintenance payment of $20, and therefore incurred a late fee of $35, revoking my % to 17+% APR, and financial charges. Evan after I made all the necessary payments and numerous calls to their customer service, explaining the reason my first payment was missed, all I have received were several letters from the supervisors of 1-2-3 reward MasterCard customer service, indicating that there was nothing that they could do about their decision to revoke my % to 17+% APR, as well as all the charges. This is the worst customer service I ever experienced.
