CapOne said "NO" my brother said "yes", applied for a CapOne card and I'm a A/U user on his card. With no apr until 5/09 as long as your not late with a payment.
Maybe they will find my name at a later date and offer me a card in my name later. She said I was declined for the same reasons as before, applied 2/28, well I guess my highest FICO is 610... I guess i'll wait until its 700 LOL... I'm still in good spirits...
