yoyo11's review: Ok, as we well know my 1st year of having is card is 5/08. Started w/$350 CL w/$150 annual fee.
Had three (3) $50 CLI and one (1) $100 CL now $600.
OK for the good news... Just looked online, and they waived $50 of my annual fee (thanks the heavens above). And gave me a $150 CLI. So I guess you can say $200 since I already paid for the annual fee. (they give me fare warning that it was coming up and I better had enought ava/credit so they can charge it to the card!!
Can't wait to see what the next three months will bring... I want to thank everyone comments on this card... It helped me a lot... Someone posted that the annual fee will get lowered or waive... I'm sorry I did not believe you... But you were right!! Go tribute... Go!!!

Good News!!! on 2008-04-23
Thats good news!! Keep doing what your doing and your CL will increase in 3 months for sure. Your limit is a good limit and really all that you need if you are in "rebuilding" phase or just starting out, or even starting over!! Congratulations on the approval. Your FICO score will certainly improve in 4 1/2 to 5 months of demonstrating good payment history and not going over the limit... Have a Good Day and keep getting those CLI's! Rockin35!

Congrats! on 2008-04-23
Nice looking CLI you got there! Don't you mean 5/07 when you said you started building 5/08? I'm not criticizing you, just trying to get the story straight. Good luck

Very Good on 2008-04-24
$750 isn't bad at all - they more than doubled your limit in the first year. So far I've only gotten the 6mo/$50 CLI, but hopefully I have a lot to look forward to in the next 6 months!

I'm sorry, don't understand your reply...
My anniversery date with Tribute is 5/08. Started building my credit history about 1 1/2 year ago... But start paying more attention in the past few months...

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CARD..read On.. on 2008-05-15
I am extremely pissed at Trubute. They sent me a solicitation with a pre-approved limit of $1000.00. I completed the application online and was granted the card w/1000 limit. The last page clearly states that I had been approved and I even checked the box to get the card sent priority mail for $25.00 extra! (3-5 days instead of 7-20) That was on 5/6. When I had not received the card by 6/12, I called customer service and the lady that took the call was immediately on the defensive. I told her that I had been approved... Had paid the additional money to get the card expressed... And to my surprise, she informed me that my card was still in the "approval process"m I asked her how that could be, I was looking a the confirmation page (and offered to fax her a copy) but she became beligerent and told me thatit did not matter what confirmation info I was given... The card had not been approved yet! When I called back 6/14I asked for manager and she informed me that she was the manager... Nothing could be done and that I would be informed in a few days of their decision. Keep in mind that this card carries an outrageous annual fee of $145.00 and a very high APR. I have since been approved for multiple cards with hiigher limits and lower fees (even 0%), so in reality I would rather not even keep it. I am stuck in that no mans land where if I cancel, I will have a closed acct (if it's approved) and if I accept I will be stcuk with a card paying outrageous fees. DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS CARD... IT IS THE WORST CARD EVER!!
