Good to receive comments on how the card works. The one thing I have read is that people tear up cards and find additional charges on the account afterwords. A cardholder needs to communicate an account closure with the lender or the account may continue to charge fees receive vendor charges etc. Also, there is the risk of your information getting out in the market place (might anyway). You may want to have the account report to the credit bureau as "closed at consumer request" or the lender may close it for inactivity and report "closed by credit granter". While in truth, unless a manual review of one's credit bureau report is performed the only way a creditor would see the difference and likely may not care.

Bethann...you are right. This the worst credit card I've ever had. terrible terms $75 first year $99 a year beyond...NO CREDIT LIMIT INCREASE....EVER!!!!!! They think a $300 limit is adequate for every day needs. My god if you charge only $90 you are at your 30% usage. Its ridiculous, no rewards for good history. Even First Premier gives increases!! Get rid of it. Absolutely worthless card
