The way that the customer rep. Explained the program was very vague and unethical. Transfer fees were not revealed and the 12 month no interest on balance transfer option was not explained. So beware! If you transfer balances you will be charged a fee AND do not use the card for gas or groceries because they will apply the payments made to the 12 month no interest amounts first. So in reality, if you use your card for their extra points you cheat yourself out of 12 months no interest! Why should I PAY to shop at Kroger!
