Finally took the plunge after getting rejected a year earlier due to inquiries (had about 4 at the time) in a six month period. Had to fax in driver's license and utility bill to verify identity, approved for $5,000 limit. Automatically enrolled in 'fashion rewards' program which includes up to $100 in alterations per year and private store events. Credit Card customer services always pleasant each time I've called in. My scores at the time, EQ 720 and TU 726.

This was a new account, not an upgrade. I applied last year but was rejected due to inquiries.
