I guess I'm going to join the ranks with everyone else and rate this card. I too have been approved for the card with a modest annual fee of $36 a year. What attracted me most to this card was that those who wish to rebuild or reestablish their credit are encouraged to apply. I'm sure that after I've proven my creditworthiness to them over time, they'll eventually waive the annual fee. Until then, I would highly recommend this card to anyone who has had credit problems in the past and wants to start over!
